Parley

When each repository has its own agent, the agents cannot see each other's code. Parley is a broker, backed by SQLite, through which they send requests and results. Each agent has a declared scope and pulls its inbox when it starts work or is waiting on a result. Only text and .md or .txt files cross between repositories, and the exchange is kept as a record a person can read.

It is open source so the protocol can be read and checked by anyone who relies on it.
